Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed with great care. Many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind or produced in small series.

Shipping origin

Orders are shipped either from Germany or Nepal, depending on the product.
The shipping origin is always stated in the product description.

Processing time

• Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 3–5 business days

• Handmade / made-to-order items: production and processing times vary and are stated individually on the product page

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on destination and shipping provider.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and shipping method.

Customs & import duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Lost or delayed shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, DVNE POP is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
